Recruitment agencies are employed by Zeal on a proactive basis. Agencies should, therefore, not contact us on a speculative basis - we do not accept unsolicited CVs or sales calls.
Should you submit CVs speculatively, we retain the absolute right to pursue and hire that candidate without any obligation to any third-party terms and conditions, even when these form part of the CV - we will not pay any agency fees associated with unsolicited third-party applications.
CV’s received by agencies will be treated as follows; if more than one recruitment agency sends the same candidate for a vacancy and Zeal make an employment offer, we will only pay the agency who sent the candidate details first.
